Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during holidays, peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to start updating.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple items
If you order a bundle, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we'll help.
